Bio:
Hi everyone, PJ Aguilar here, although you may know me as Peter or Jaime if you attended Markham and Booksin! It's been a long time, but life is good! After WG I left for L.A. to attend college and pursue my childhood dream of becoming a movie star! Didn't quite become a movie star (Lol) but did guest star and featured roles on a lot of TV shows, soaps, MOWs(movie of the weeks), and did a ton of commercials! Got a chance to work and hang with a lot of famous and talented people I never dreamed of ever meeting and had a blast attending many awards shows and after-parties! I am still receiving residual checks and in fact, just received one for "GImmie a Break" today! I was very fortunate to make a good living for 24 years in various capacities both in front and behind the camera! I retired from the entertainment biz I think in 2002. Now to keep active and social I am selling real estate in the Greater Palm Springs area and parts of L.A., Pasadena, and Seal Beach! I am hoping to attend our 125th reunion if I'm not in Europe and can stay awake! Stay well, healthy, and alive!
Cheers!
PS: I would love to have a cast reunion with my fellow cast mates from "Bachelor Father" back in the day at Markham!

After graduation, I attended San Jose State for a couple of years, and then decided I needed to be out in the working world. I have been married to Joe DaRosa for over 38 years, and we live in Campbell, CA. We have two wonderful children, Justin, 35 & Jennifer, 32. Justin is a personal trainer and has his own fitness studio in Campbell. Jennifer is Real Estate Broker and her side hustle is the Head Coach of the Santa Clara University Dance Team. I have been working in various aspects of the Employee Benefits industry for the past 39 years, assisting clients with health benefits for their employees. I am currently still working full time and manage a team of four people. Hoping to retire soon and travel more! I enjoy working out, walks with my dogs, & time with my family, especially our annual trips to Maui!
I am really looking forward to the reunion and hope to see many of you there!!

I started my dance studio, Atlas School of Dance, during my sophomore year of high school, in 1971. When I graduated, I already had my plan for what I was going to do for the next 38 years as far as a professional career. Besides running and teaching at the studio, I was on the faculty at Santa Clara University in the Theatre and Dance Department for 19 years. I taught classes full time, choreographed, and directed several productions every year. In 1977 I married my husband Ron, and we just celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary last November. The two of us have one child, Greg, who just turned 40 in February. He has blessed us with a beautiful daughter in law, Melanie and two wonderful granddaughters. Maddie (8) and Gabriella (3). Ron and I retired in 2007 and moved to Chico, California, where we are still enjoying life to the fullest.

While going to college off & on, I started working at Pac Bell as an installation & repair tech, (among other positions as time went on) where I met my husband and his 4 kids ages 7, 12, 13, 15. We married when I was 23 and we had 2 more kids, all of whom were raised in Almaden Valley.
I went back to school and became a Dental Hygienist (for another 20+ years). Once the kids were all out of the house, my husband Bill retired and we moved to Copperopolis for a while, then back to Willow Glen and on to Felton, all while working/commuting for the same dentist in Saratoga.
Four of our six kids live in Amador County now, along with the youngest 6 of 17 grandchildren (and 2+greats)….which made the decision of where to retire to, an easy one. I retired in the summer of 2021 and we enjoy living here in Pine Grove. It was a good move for us.
We enjoy traveling and periodically go down to SJ to visit friends, and I still have 2 siblings in Willow Glen.

Hi there class of '73! After graduation I attended West Valley, UC Davis, SJSU, and Oregon State University, all in that order! Went back later in life and obtained a PhD in nutrition from Oregon State University. I have enjoyed a very fulfilling career as an independent dietitian consultant to long-term care facilities, and also speaking nationally and internationally on health related topics. Since 1981, my husband Bill (class of '73 Campbell High) and I have loved living in Oregon on 5 acres and renovating our home over the years. We have raised 2 remarkable young men who are both very adventuresome and extremely curious about the world. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Best wishes.....

SJSU B.A. in Music. Taught piano for many happy decades as we raised two sons. During that time I earned a M.A. in Counseling Psychology then on to become licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Ran the piano studio and private practice on alternating days. Still active with the private practice but retired from teaching piano in 2021. Since leaving Willow Glen I spent time living in St. Louis then in Lodi. Both of my sons live in the area and we gather as a family every Sunday for a huge meal. The Sunday meals are growing now that my sons are also inviting their friends to come along. Developing community with family and friends is the high point in my life. I'm happily married to a man who is 100% Sicilian, who now knows all about La Villa on Lincoln Ave.

I am grateful for my time at WGHS with you all. I hope each one of you is thriving and satisfied with your life's path. Each one of you offered your own unique talents, traits, and interests which made for a rich high school experience for all. I also offer my gratitude for our teachers, especially those who taught and supported the arts spending extra hours producing high school musicals, band, orchestra, and choral concerts, and furthering the arts in general (we weren't always easy on them!). I also give my respect to the memory of Mr. O'Brian who taught math, finding a way to make us laugh as we learned.

One of my sons is getting married the same weekend as our 50th reunion, so I will miss seeing you. Hopefully we'll connect in the future. Have a great time. Thanks to all of you who have worked on the reunion and created this website.

Wow 50 years! Where did the time go? I attended college in Chico and graduated with a degree in Social Welfare and Corrections with a minor in psych. I met my husband in Chico and we have been married 43 years. I never had children (my choice). We do have children with fur. I had a wonderful career as a Supervising Probation Officer in Stanislaus County. I worked up through the ranks and ended up supervising other deputies and working with all the superior court judges in Modesto CA. I was lucky to retire at age 50 and it has been great! I had to find my passion in retirement. For the last 18 years I have volunteered for Homeward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue. It is a great organization. I am the current intake coordinator and sadly I have been almost working, for free, full time. When it comes to animals most people suck!

My husband and I live on a small ranchette in Escalon CA. I really don’t come to San Jose any longer because sadly I have lost all of my family. I always thought I would have my sweet sister, but she passed away in 2016 of a brain tumor. I will always miss her.

In late August 2020 I was diagnosed with cancer, Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. I promptly flew to MD Anderson in Houston Texas. They are the number one cancer treatment facility in the nation. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I went through a lot of chemo and I have successfully come out the other side. I have been in remission almost 2.5 years. I feel very lucky and I am no longer wasting time or putting things off until tomorrow. We have been getting all our bucket list trips done. We went to Europe in 2022 and again for a month in May 23. We are headed to Tahiti the end of September. So sadly we don’t come home from Tahiti until the wee hours of the reunion day. So I won’t be there. Chris White and I have become friends and she stays at my house when I am on trips. So we need to get home so she can attend the reunion. If you have questions about me ask Chris.

Thank you to the committee who has worked tirelessly to put this reunion together. I hope you all have a great time. I cannot wait to see photos posted. I have really enjoyed reconnecting with some of you on facebook. It has been fun.

Enjoy everyone. I am sorry I will not see you. You all please take care of yourselves. Live well this life!

After high school graduation, I pursued my passion for mechanics, and eventually graduated from SJSU with a B.S. degree, with a minor in business management. I spent the majority of my career as a mechanical/manufacturing engineer. I retired from Applied Materials, two years ago, where I was a Design for Excellence (DFx) Engineer, and was one of six business unit focals. I essentially reviewed other engineers’ mechanical designs. Previous to Applied Materials, I worked at the Ford assembly plant, spent 22 years in the disc drive industry, and 12 years at Spectra Physics Lasers.
I have seen much of the world through my employment, but Willow Glen & Almaden Valley has always remained my home.
I have been married to the love of my life, Sharon, and we have two daughters and five grandchildren. We have lived in Almaden Valley for well over 30 years.
I look forward to seeing all of you at the 50th reunion. Please feel free to contact me, or provide me with your contact information, so that I can reach out to you. I hope the future includes becoming reacquainted with “special” friends.

Next employment was in banking where I was a traveling Supervisor for San Francisco Federal Savings and Loan. I met my husband Fred in 1982. He gave me a wonderful step-daughter Nicole, who is just like my own. Nicole is a Ultrasound Technician at Kaiser Hospital. Fred and I had 2 sons. We had Jeffrey in 1987. Jeffrey played lots of sports and I was his biggest cheer leader and helping where I could. He is a Foreman now for the Sheet Metal Union. In 1989, we had Kevin. Kevin has Down Syndrome. We immediately made a new family of parents with Special Needs. We had many gatherings and learned a lot. Kevin is very social and loves all Special Olympic Sports, dances and has a girlfriend. Kevin works at Lowe's and New Seasons Market. Kevin has made all of us much better people for being in our lives. Fred worked for PG@E for 46 years and retired in 2017. I was an Office Manager for 31 years for Psychotherapists in Los Gatos. I retired in 2018. We have 4 grandchildren-Adrian 28, Alexis 20, Caydence 17 and Andrew 3. In 1974 I moved to Santa Cruz. I quickly fell in love with the Ocean and Redwoods. I Learned to sail and race boats in college. I still do today although not at the same level as in the ‘80s. I majored in studio arts - photography, printmaking and graphics. This lead me to metal smithing and enameling. This is where I am now. I create art for pleasure more than profit. I participate in Santa Cruz Open Studios and am an active member of the Monterey Metal Arts Guild.
I’ve been with my life partner since 1974 and married for 36 years. I have a step-son 54, and a son 35. I’m blessed with three grand-babies all born during the Pandemic years. It has been challenging times for my children but they are all happy and mostly healthy (as can be expected with pre-schoolers).
I’ve spent most of my life playing around. I have traveled to many countries. I love to explore and learn about cultures. I now spend most my days sailing and golfing with friends. My children live nearby in San Francisco and we spend many weekends together. My life has been a rewarding journey.

After graduating from WGHS, I studied in Iowa, Mexico, and France. I earned a BA in French and Linguistics and married an Iowan. Together we moved to Madison, Wisconsin to pursue graduate work. I earned a MA in Linguistics, and had two children. We then moved to Winona, MN, bought a house, and had our third child. When our youngest was 4, the marriage ended. My husband left and I kept the house and kids. For the next ten years, I juggled single-parenting, part-time work, and more schooling. I earned a BS in English and French Education. I remarried, gained a couple more (nearly grown) children, and got a job teaching middle school and high school English. I eventually became the school curriculum direction for all subjects, K-12. After 21 years, I retired to spend more time writing. I published my first non-fiction book in 2010, and my first novel in 2015. I still live in Winona, MN and divide my time between 7 grandkids, working part-time as a writing coach and curriculum developer, and volunteering for local arts and history organizations. In my spare time I continue writing novels and traveling the world.

Hello to all of you!!
After graduation I attended SJSU. Graduated 1979 with BFA in jewelry and fabric design. Did some waitressing a bit so I could move out on my own. Pursued a career in visual design supervision at Contempo Casuals which sent me to Mesa, Arizona where I flew to Albuquerque once a month and drove 2 hours to and from Tucson for work. Our team was laid off in 1987, the year I married my husband Tony. I then assistant managed Victoria's secret til my son was born in 1990. Did a stint in the wholesale bead market, worked a couple Renaissance faires as well as pursuing a beading business of my own. Ups and downs along the way as well as the loss of my husband to suicide in 1992. I then took up floral design for 13 years to expand my creative and artsy side... Loved it til a lay off because of pay....that broke my heart as I absolutely loved it. Struggling to find work in my 50's is a bit challenging. So in 2011I reluctantly started a career at Sally Beauty supply( knowing nothing about beauty, ha ha) where I am today. Some health scares along the way but still plugging along. I have bought a home and sold that home with the profits going to my son and his husband to buy their own beautiful home. We all reside together in their humble abode in San Tan Valley az with 6 cats and a dog. I'm partly retired but still work to help out at home, continuing my artsy crafty ways. I'm super bummed I won't be attending the reunion but know you all will have a blast!!! Enjoy, peace and love to all!!!

Where to begin... The summer after high school I went to work for NASA-Ames in their "Airborne Sciences" department. Various projects that ended with my redesigning the focusing unit for the new 36" airborne telescope. Next was on to college & work at San Jose Parks & Rec.
In fall of '77 got married to a fellow WG Ram from the class of '77. Unfortunately, only lasted for two years. She passed in 1981.
Then I went on to a long career in Quality with various semi-conductor equipment manufacturers. Ending in my work for a smaller company developing their ISO program as a Quality Engineer before I retired.
Dated Jennie Crawford (Seeburger) for most of the last 20 years & we still remain close friends.
The biggest change/news in the last few years, was finding out that I have 2 younger half siblings! I knew there were older ones but was never in contact. Between nephews, nieces, great nieces & great, great niece & nephew I can hardly keep up!

I spent the summer after high school with a host family in Argentina, and in some ways, it changed my life. When I started at Stanford, I was suddenly so interested in everything from politics, economics, history, etc. that I couldn't imagine being locked into the pre-med track for at least three years like the majority of the students in my dorm. I ended up majoring in Latin American Studies. I subsequently got a Masters in Latin American Studies at the University of Wisconsin, then a second Masters in International Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in Washington, DC.

Soon after finishing all my degrees, I started working at the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration in Washington, DC, where I spent my entire career (32 years). After several years in the Office of Latin American Affairs, I was fortunate to then become an industry analyst for the wireless communications industry (and later cybersecurity) for the remainder of my career. It proved to be very interesting as technology continued to rapidly evolve, and companies faced complex challenges abroad! I especially enjoyed opportunities to work with White House on many high profile issues, as well the opportunity to work on (and in some cases visit) many around the world. I retired from the federal government in 2015, in large part to move my widowed mom from San Jose, California to Maryland. Probably a good thing as I wouldn't have been able to see her during the pandemic, and have been able to spend a lot more time with her.

I met my husband Rich in DC through my brother David (Willow Glen 1971). He worked as a government auditor in many agencies, ending up at the U.S. Department of State. We have two daughters, Marissa, 34, and Natalie, 31. Marissa graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, majoring in political science and psychology, worked on two presidential campaigns, worked for Governor Northam in Virginia, and now works for a strategic communications and marketing firm. Natalie graduated from the University of Rochester, majoring in public health. After volunteering in Israel for a year, she worked in pharmaceutical advertising for several years before getting her MPH from Columbia University. She now works for CDC on Emergency Risk Communications.

We started off retirement literally traveling around the world, which I'm glad we did given the subsequent pandemic! We visited Australia, Bali, Greece, Turkey, Israel, Italy, England, Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, Mexico, Cayman, and Panama from 2015-2019. We hope to resume some international travels later this year. I spend most of my time these days exercising, cooking and baking, studying Hebrew and Portuguese, and with my mom, who is now 96.

I have 2 daughters now in their 30s, 2 step children in their 30s. We blended families over 25 years ago and now live in the mid peninsula of SF Bay Area. Post teaching I went to culinary school and now have been a Personal Chef with my own business for the last 5 years. I have 5 wonderful grandchildren. I play competitive tennis, have been weaving cloth for over 35 years, and love to travel with my wonderful husband Robert. Life is busy and full of lots of engaging events!!

Bio:
I earned my BA in Theatre Arts from Loyola Marymount University in 1977. Two weeks later, I married my high school sweetheart, Cheryl Nickell. We still live in San Jose. We have two children: Alex (1985) and Jocelyn (1989) who both graduated from WGHS. They’re married and live on the East Coast with our six grandchildren. We fly out for visits as often as we can.

I worked with a theater company in Sunnyvale from 1977 to 1979 and again from 1986 to 1993. We performed theatre for young audiences locally and toured shows nationally (22 states) and internationally (Italy). Combined with other theatre companies, such as American Musical Theatre and TheatreWorks, I’ve performed in more than 2,500 live shows in more than 100 productions for more than a half a million people. See www.dirkleatherman.com.

While working a temp job for a small tech startup in 1994, I fell into a job as a technical writer. That career served us well for 25+ years. I retired from Varian Medical Systems in 2022 where I managed a multinational team of writers from California, Ohio, Massachusetts, Germany, and Switzerland.

I fell in love with distance running during my off-season workouts for the Rams football team. You can often find me on the trails of Quicksilver Park, or in the occasional 10K or half marathon race. I also love to hike and have backpacked more than 500 miles of trails in California, including parts of the John Muir Trail and the Lost Coast.

We'll miss the reunion, since we'll in back east visiting our children and grandchildren.

After graduating from WGHS. I attended UCSB and graduated with a degree in Environmental Studies with a Geology concentration.
I moved to Washington D.C and worked for the D.C. Environmental Services Department. After two years, I changed jobs and worked for Energy and Environmental Analysis.
I moved back to Menlo Park in 1981 and got a job at Fluor Mining and Metals. I got married in 1982 and divorced in 2007.
I have two children. Alex, who lives in London with his partner, Veronika. Katie, who lives in Rochester, New York with her husband John and my granddaughter, Eloise. Being a grandmother is such a beautiful part of my life!
I worked remotely from home, before it was the thing to do when Alex and Katie were young. I was the controller for two start-up computer magazines: Computer Language and A.I. Expert.
My love of gardening and flowers continued into my adult life and I bought a Flower Shop in Belmont, which I owned for 5 years.
Currently, I am an ordained Deacon in the Episcopal Church. I am a community organizer working to uplift the concerns of the underserved living in San Mateo County and in our State.
